Our commitment to food safety
Full traceability

Every batch of soursop we sell is assigned a unique batch code, traceable from our supplier all the way to your door. If an issue is ever identified, we can act quickly and precisely.
Rapid notification

If a recall affects a product you have purchased, we will contact you directly by email. We also publish every notice on this page and across our social media channels immediately.
FSA compliance

We operate in accordance with the FSA Guidance on Food Traceability, Withdrawals and Recalls (2019) and Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002, retained in UK law.
No-quibble refunds

If any product you have purchased is ever subject to a recall, we will issue a full refund immediately. No need to return packaging or provide proof of purchase — your safety comes first.
How a recall works
In the unlikely event that a product is recalled, here is exactly what we will do and what you should do.
Step 1
We identify the issue
We identify the affected product and batch code, immediately halt all dispatch of that batch, and quarantine remaining stock. We notify the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and our Local Authority Environmental Health team without delay.
Step 2
We contact you directly
We use our order records to identify every customer who received the affected batch. We email you directly with clear information: what the product is, what the risk is, and what to do. Wholesale buyers are also contacted by phone and email.
Step 3
We publish a notice on this page
A full recall notice is published here immediately, including the product name, affected batch codes, best-before dates, the reason for the recall, and clear instructions on what to do.
Step 4
You return the product — we refund you in full
You do not need to have the original receipt. Simply contact us and we will arrange a full refund. If you have already consumed the product and have concerns, please contact us and we will advise you on next steps.
Step 5
We investigate and improve
We carry out a full root cause analysis following any incident and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. We share our findings with the enforcement authority as required.
Your rights as a customer
You are entitled to a full refund on any product subject to a recall, regardless of when you purchased it or whether you still have the packaging.
You do not need to wait for a recall to be issued, if you have any concern about a product you have received from us, contact us immediately and we will investigate.
If you have consumed a product and believe it may have caused illness or harm, please seek medical advice and then contact us. We take all such reports seriously.
